website2share-logoThere is no information on the Website2Share website indicating who owns or runs the business.

On the Website2Share FAQ the company claims to be a “legal certified company based in the UK”. This corresponds with a provided corporate address in the UK.

Further research reveals a number of businesses listed as operating out of the same address. This suggests it is just a rented mailbox, with Website2Share having no actual physical presence in the UK.

Registering a company in the UK costs about £20 GBP ($28 USD) and requires at a minimum a UK-based mailing address.

The Website2Share website domain (“website2share.com”) was registered on the 15th of March 2016 and lists Bystrik Stefak as the owner.

bystrik-stefak-admin-website2sharePrior to launching Website2Share, Stefak (right) was promoting the Get Paid Social recruitment scheme. Before that he was an affiliate with Wazzub (Perfect Internet), a failed search portal MLM.

Today Stefak is an affiliate with FutureNet, a matrix cycler that recently launched an ad-credit Ponzi scheme.

According to Stefak’s FutureNet profile he is based out of Slovakia, which is presumably where Website2Share is actually being operated from.

Read on for a full review of the Website2Share MLM opportunity.

The Website2Share Product Line

Website2Share has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market Website2Share affiliate membership itself.

Once signed up, Website2Share affiliates can purchase advertising packages and participate in the attached MLM income opportunity.

The Website2Share Compensation Plan

The Website2Share compensation plan sees affiliates pay $1 to $50 and get paid when they recruit others who do the same.

  • Bronze Package costs $1
  • Silver Package costs $10
  • Gold Package costs $20
  • Platinum and Business Packages cost $50

Referral commissions on packages purchased by recruited affiliates are as follows:

  • Bronze Package – 25 cents
  • Silver Package – $4
  • Gold Package – $8
  • Platinum and Business Package – $20

Residual referral commissions are paid out via a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with every personally recruited affiliate placed directly under them (level 1):

unilevel-commission-structure

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

Commissions are paid on investments made by affiliates in the unilevel team, using a pass-up method.

The pass-up method sees an affiliate paid 50% on half the affiliates their recruited affiliates recruit (level 2), and continues down an infinite number of levels.

Note that residual referral commissions pay out the same as direct referral commissions.

Joining Website2Share

Affiliate membership with Website2Share is tied to the purchase of at least one advertising package ($1 to $50).

Conclusion

Under the guise of selling advertising, Website2Share offer participation in a recruitment-driven pyramid scheme.

You sign up and pay a fee, with commissions paid when others are recruited into the scheme.

Ultimately the advertising is neither here nor there, as Website2Share is devoid of legitimate retail advertisers. The reason for that being only participants in the scheme view the ads, which are published by other participants.

Aware of this, Website2Share reassure affiliates the are “legal” in the company FAQ:

Is Website2share legal?

Yes, we are legal certified company based in the UK.

We are paying our members commissions from actual completed purchases of advertising products within our system. So the money are coming from actual money received by the company.

First of all, registering yourself in the UK requires nothing more than payment of a small fee and a UK-based mailing address. There is absolutely no vetting or legal certification of a registered business involved.

That commissions are paid out of purchases made by affiliates is hardly news, as all pyramid schemes recycle fund from new recruits to existing participants.

Later in the FAQ Website2Share come clean about the type of business opportunity they’re running:

How much will it cost to have an opportunity to earn with Website2share?

The lowest Bronze Package in Website2share will cost $1 and it will be suitable for people who want to start, but can not afford to invest more.

Typically pyramid scheme fees aren’t referred to as investments, but there you have it folks – Website2Share has nothing to do with purchasing advertising.

As with all such schemes, once recruitment of new affiliates slow down, so too will Website2Share commission payouts.

Mathematically, in order for earlier participants to be paid, the majority of participants in Website2Share will lose money.
