I can produce CAST POLYAMIDE (Engineering plastics – Substitute for metal): CURRENTLY I AM LOOKING FOR CUSTOMERS OF CAST POLYAMIDE in order to start producing it and found my own company. I could produce the material in small quantities (suitable for small business and individuals). The form of material: thick round discs with different diameters (suitable in technical applications as flat round rotary or fixed parts of machines/gadgets/vehicles/miniature models/furniture): e.g. wheels/casters, gears, cogs, pads...
Cast polyamide - material (semi-finished product) can have several applications: hobbies, making different objects for home usage, professional usage.
You can find some possible uses of my cast polyamide on the following links: https://www.pinterest.com/tatjanaalic1/possible-usage-of-cast-polyamide-substitute-for-me/
The form of my material: thick full round discs with different diameters (suitable for round rotary or fixed parts of machines/gadgets/vehicles).
My material (cast polyamide) should be machined to the final shape and then it can be used in the desired application.
The discs are sufficient for several final products if their diameter is smaller than the dameter of 1 disc. The total number of final products depends on their diameter and on their thickness so that all the effective surface and height of each disc are used.
I can produce discs with the diameters: 225 mm, 190 mm, 150 mm, 130 mm, 110 mm, 85 mm. On your request I produce also intermediate diameters.
My material could be used for example for machine parts in a maintenance procedure (suitable for factories of different fields because they use machines/lines and therefore have to replace all clapped-out machine parts with new ones regularly).
It can also be used for maintenance/restoration of old/vintage vehicles: my material should always be machined to the final product with the desired form (e.g. with CNC machines).
I can also supply to you the finished products according to your drawing (in such case you have to send me the drawing of the finished product with the acceptable tolerances - e.g.: the middle value ± … mm). Then I can forward your drawings to the executor of machining (the process of manufacturing finished products).
